Ordering & Delivery
How are my items made?
Many of our apparel and gift items are produced on demand after an order is placed. Please review each product's details and options before purchasing.
When will my order arrive?
Production and shipping times depend on the item, fulfillment provider, and destination. Check the delivery estimate shown at checkout. Holiday delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
What if I need a return or exchange?
Eligibility and instructions are described in our store's return and refund policy. Please review the policy before ordering; do not assume all made-to-order items can be returned.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the available size and color options on each product page. Sizing may vary between garment styles and manufacturers.
